Part of #1

Goal

Build the authoring mode, the screen that turns a traced chart into glyph files.

A reference image sits under a translucent PencilKit canvas, with the guide lines drawn over it. Jimmy draws each stroke of a letter in the taught order. The app fits cubic Bezier segments to each stroke, for example with Schneider's algorithm, and shows the control points. A control point can be moved by hand. The result is saved as a glyph file in the format of #2. The same screen prints the tracing chart as a PDF through UIGraphicsPDFRenderer when a printed chart is easier to trace.

Done when Jimmy can trace one letter from the chart, fix one control point, and save a file that the loader of #2 reads back with the same strokes in the same order.
