roost help prints lines 4-22 of bin/roost (sed -n '4,22p' "$0", bin/roost:169). The usage header now ends at line 24, so the help text stops before roost doctor and roost ui.

The header is also wrong about one verb. It says roost config <app> [KEY=VAL ...] show or set app config, but roost config refuses to set config, because hatchery writes config now.

Fix

Print the header to its end, not to a fixed line number. For example, print the comment block until the first line that does not start with #. Then a new verb cannot fall off the help again.
Change the config line to say that it shows config only, and that hatchery config sets it.

Found by the docs refresh on 2026-09-21 (roost 62746e0).
